• Passenger Vehicles to get 14 percent more fuel efficient by 2016-17

    The Government of India has mark down new fuel efficiency norms for passenger vehicles called Corporate Average Fuel Consumption (CAFL). Under these norms, the passenger vehicles need to be 14% more fuel efficient by 2016-17.whereas 38% after five years. These new norms will be applicable on all vehicles consumes petrol, diesel and gas.
