Rolls-Royce rolls out Ghost limited edition at Rs. 4.66 crore

Rolls Royce the Luxury car makers has expand its portfolio in India with the launch of its all new model Ghost at the price of Rs.4.66 crore. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars chief executive Torsten Muller-Otvos said "This limited series celebrates one of Ghost's defining characteristics - the exquisite 6.6 litre Rolls-Royce V12 engine”.

He added "Since its introduction in 2009, an extraordinary marriage of assured presence and remarkable driving dynamics has endeared Ghost to a new generation of highly discerning businessmen and women, ensuring the car's position as the statement of choice for a growing band of successful entrepreneurs around the world".

The Rolls Royce Ghost V12 engine can provide the highest comfort level to the driver while driving, It is produced for a limited period, Ghost will be as rare as it is unique - and only a visionary few will ever have its exceptional power at their disposal. Luxury car makers claimed that new Ghost can reach a speed of 100 Kmph just in 4.9 seconds.

It is reported that the new edition- Ghost V-Specification will cost Rs.30 lakh more than the the Ghost standard wheelbase model, which comes with a price tag of Rs.4.36 crore. Ghost has been feted by the business tycoons, celebrities and other highly successful individual.

Commenting on the Indian market, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars general manager (emerging markets) Herfried Hasenoehrl said, "Ghost and Ghost Extended Wheelbase have been the most successful models in India for Rolls-Royce to date."
