At the Inauguration of Gedee Car Museum, he quoted the automobile industry can offer a lot to carry forward the “Make in India” initiative of the Union Government and for industrial development in India. In countries such as the U.S., the automobile sector has a major share in the GDP.
 
The Automobile industry is evolving promptly in order to meet with the huge and increasing demand of the consumers and the market. To add on the use to electronics in the car in going at an all-time high.  The move advanced the technology would be, the better sustainability would be achieved. Fuel efficiency would also be counted as an-add on in this growth.
 
According to him, maintaining a museum, would actually help us stay close to the history and would give a boost towards growth, practically. This museum in Coimbatore has a collection to display, from the era of 1984, comprising of cars of women, sports, touring, etc. Basically it gives an insight on the evolution of the cars.
 
This museum is also set-up, in order to provide youth an interest in its history, evolution and the latest details associated with it, so that they can move forward in this booming industry and grow along with it.
