Thanks to the National Green Tribunal that has been actively involved in dealing with the steps to be taken in order to control the pollution in the capital, they have managed to issue a notice over to the Government in Delhi this Tuesday, 07th April 2015. The initiative would foresee a ban on all the diesel vehicles that are older than 10 years in the national Capital.

According to a statement given by the court, they agreed that the pollution rate in Delhi is at the alarming point and the people in the city deserve a better life indeed. They agreed the scientific data proves the same and hints that the problem is more severe than we actually think and the impact is hazardous if the similar practices continue. As usual the blame game, movement of orders, the forever time taking decisions would definitely defend the situation and target the problems further.

Also the green court marked that such vehicle from other states also won’t be allowed to enter the boundaries of the capital. The court also rolled out a ban on the unauthorized construction that violates the environment laws in eh National Capital Region.
