The all new gen-next Mahindra Scorpio would be on offer in 11 distinct versions, carrying a choice of 2 engines, such as the 2.2L mHawk and 2.5-L M2DICR being the basic model-S2 diesel. The manufacturer has positioned the automatic gearbox variant at top of the line-up. It was reported by Mr. Pravin Shah, the President & Chief Executive (Automotive), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd that the Scorpio introduced itself a decade back and ever since then we have recurrently provided upgrades to the Scorpio to make sure that it remains relevant.

The Brand is quite sure that this new upgraded Scorpio Automatic would be an instantaneous knock in the market and further improve the demand of this dynamic brand. The Mahindra Scorpio S10 AT homes the 2.2-L mHawk diesel motor in its hood that churns out 120bhp and 280Nm of maximum torque. Keeping the fact that it is the top-end model, it is laden in terms of provisions catering the ease and security; it acquires a new static meandering projector head-lights, fresh hi-tech 15 cm (6 inch) touch-screen infotainment system, entirely automatic temperature control, smart rain and light sensors, along with a dual airbags at the fore amid the rest of the features. Though, it is exciting to note that the reports of the automatic version being launched in the market, has been floated along with the Hyundai Creta’s launch.
