Diesel price hiked by 50 paise a litre effective from midnight
This was an eleventh hike since 17, January , in line with the January decision of the government allowing oil companies freedom to raise prices in small doses every month to wipe out mounting losses.
Today again Fuel Company increased the diesel price by 50 paise per litre. The increases price effected from today midnight, but unfortunately the petrol price kept unchanged.
This was an eleventh hike since 17, January , in line with the January decision of the government allowing oil companies freedom to raise prices in small doses every month to wipe out mounting losses.
The price of the fuel was last hike Rs 1.15 per litre petrol and 50 per litre diesel on 31 October. This new price will be effected in four major cities as Delhi – 53.67/L, Mumbai- 60.70/L, Chennai- 57.23/L and Kolkata- 58.08/L.
