This new set up in Mumbai India would be the brand’s seventh technical set up in the Asia Pacific region. Audi India introduced yet another Technical Centre for India in Mumbai. Basic concept behind this initiative is to arm the post sales and services for the buyers. The Audi Technical Service Centre was inaugurated by Mr. Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service. 
 
 
Joe King, Head, Audi India, quoted that the being a customer supported and centric company; this is just another initiative for the betterment of our association with the customers. Their basic strategy is to service the customers for as long as they own the Audi. This technical care outlet is introduced in order to take care of the same.
 
The Technical center would help the brand to get a close look at the usage of their luxury cars in the country. This also would help them venture into the customer expectations, and previews. This center would also give a common platform to the advisors all across the nation to discuss and work on improving the efficiency of the work. Audi is right now, selling 15 models in the Indian market which depends from the entry-level A3 to the R8 LMX all of which are sold in more than 30 cities across the country.
