A large Fine of INR 38.4 lakhs for speeding

Now, this is news for all the people out there, who think that the new laws of the Road Transport and Safety bill are just too much, then what do think about this largest and the most hefty fine paid for over-speeding the vehicle. Reima Kuisla, a donnish businessman who makes millions, has been gifted a speeding draft for enjoying a drive 103Km per hour close to 64mph in an area that limited the speed to 80Km per hour at 50mph. The over speeding fine posted an enormous 4,024 euros  that is about $59,000 and INR 38.4 lakh.

 

Now, talking about how come he ended up collecting such a massive punishment. Well, the answer is FINLAND, as its laws depend on the income of the person, breaking of the law and it also takes in consideration, the dependents on the driver, their expenses and the daily net income of him. This is then multiplied with the total number of days; he might lose if he gets off work depending on how severe the crime is.

 

Kuisla was certainly not fascinated and backed on Facebook to spread his feelings and reaction with a shot of his fine draft. It has triggered a big argument with people supporting both the sides of the story. Now, our take on the situation is such a law could make the rich, poor.
