Toyota Motors has launched the third-generation of world first seven-passenger gas electric hybrid SUV “2014 Highlander” vehicle at 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. The company today publicly provides the product information of 2014 Highlander. The new Highlander Hybrid is a complete package for environmentally conscious families, who want to travel in style and comfort.
The new Highlander is high performance 3.5L V6 Double Overhead Cam, 24-valve engine with Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVT-i) and new six-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission that offers selectable manual sequential.
Highlander will be available in four well-equipped grades: LE, LE Plus, XLE and Limited with nine exterior colors: Alumina Jade Metallic, Moulin Rouge Mica, Crème Brulee Mica, Nautical Blue Metallic, Silver Sky Metallic, Attitude Black Metallic, Predawn Gray Mica, Blizzard Pearl and Shoreline Blue Pearl. All new Highlander will offers both front-wheels and all-wheels-drive.
