The all new Tata Tiago to be rolled out on April 6

The all new eminent and innovative hatchback from the house of Tata is all set to be rolled out in the domestic market of the country, while the launch is just around the corner, there is indeed a lot of excitement and anticipation in the mid segment niche out here. The launch of the all new Tata Tiago is scheduled on the 6^th of April 2016. This car would arrive in the market to come in the place for the ageing Tata Indica, and would be considered all new, innovative and rich entry level hatchback in the domestic market of the country. The car would be equipped with both petrol as well as diesel units, while the booking have already begun, and you can now book the car you desire in merely a lock in amount of INR 10,000.

Initiallythe hatchback was calledZica, it was renamed as the Tiago right after participating at the Auto Expo 2016. It symbolizes Tata’s latest and unique, cutting edge and advanced IMPACT design philosophy and would also roll out a compact sedan presentlyidentifiedas the Kite 5.  The upcoming Tata Tiago would be offered in a petrolalong with a diesel mill. The petrol one would sport a 1.2-Lunit offering a84bhp along with a peak torque of 114Nm whereas the diesel unit would be an all-new three-cylinder 1.0-L unit producing 69bhp along with a 140Nm. Both the units would acquire just a five-speed manual gearbox. We assume the pricing for the car to start at nearly INR 3.90 lakh to INR 4.50 lakh and it would give a tough call to the Maruti SuzukiCelerio and the Chevrolet Beat, to name a few.
