Skoda Rapid Spaceback Simply Clever

Skoda introduced, Skoda Rapid Spaceback which will get unveiled at 2013 Frankfurt motor show. We can say that it is the expansion of top-end compact segment cars between Skoda Fabia and Skoda Octavia. First time Skoda offers a compact car which is designed to provide practical and good qualities in a shape of hatchback. Set to address young consumer segment, the all new Skoda Rapid Spaceback has dynamic and fresh design. It offers a lot of space, numerous top end safety features, and a design which speak and boasts about the individuality. It can be said that Spaceback is true to its ethics- Simply Clever. Excellent price value ratio and lower fuel consumption makes the Spaceback such a car which sets new strong vehicle segment. The launch of the car has been decided in the month of October, 2013. Skoda Rapid Spaceback has set a milestone in automotives and which proves that now India is entering into a significant compact hatchback segments.

The side view of the car depicts special accents in comparison to conventional hatchback models. Skoda Rapid Spaceback targets young people and small families. The design of the car depicts sportier and stretched out stance almost like a coupe, letting it stand apart from the crowd. It has dynamic silhouette and long wheelbase (2602mm). It has large panoramic glass roof, which is available as an option. Tinted glass is stretched from wind screen to rear end, giving a clear sky view. The prolong rear window increases the design, whereas the tail end of the car focuses on sporty character of the car. The car has broad tail lights complementing a black diffuser. The front fascia is inspired from Skoda Rapid Sedan. At front end the one can see 19 vertical ribs and chrome painted frame on the grille complementing the rounded Skoda logo on bonnet.

The clove leaf arrangements of head lights and fog lights are also a unique feature in the car. In the interiors one can find, generous passenger space, largest leg space (64mm), largest head room (980mm) and trunk of 415 liters, which expands to 1,380 liters after folding the rear bench. Safety features include, ABS, ESC, side, front and head airbags and height adjustable three point safety belts. Optional xenon head lamps, tire pressure controls, fog light with corner functions and hill hold assist system adds charm to its beauty. Skoda Spaceback is available in choice of four petrol and two diesel power trains. The power figures vary from 73Bhp to 120Bhp.
