Petrol and diesel price hiked by Rs. 2.35 and 50 paise per litre
After crisis of rupee the Oil Company today announced the hiked price of petrol by Rs.2.25 per litre and diesel by 50 paise per litre. These new prices of petrol and diesel will effected from midnight today.
The India rupee closed below 66 per dollar on Friday and Increasing buying of share in stock market. The Oil Company has increased the price of petrol at six times within two months and diesel eight times since 17, January 2013. Since June 2010 every two weeks the prices of petrol has been deregulated but the government continuously working to control prices of diesel & petrol and allows the Oil Company only mirror change.
