Audi India achieves a hat trick of best ever
Audi is creating benchmarks by becoming the first luxury car manufacturers in India to sell more than 10,000 units in a single FY. The company had earlier created history by holding the position of first luxury car manufacturer to holding the same feat in calendar year 2013.
Audi the German luxury car makers have reported the sales figure for the month of March, this time Audi India achieved a hat trick of best ever. It is detailed as
- Best-ever Monthly Sales: 1404 units (Mar 14)
- Best-ever Quarterly Sales: 2740 units (Jan-Mar 14)
- Best-ever Financial Year Sales: 10126 units (FY13/14)
Audi is creating benchmarks by becoming the first luxury car manufacturers in India to sell more than 10,000 units in a single FY. The company had earlier created history by holding the position of first luxury car manufacturer to holding the same feat in calendar year 2013. The luxury brand also registered the sale of 10126 units for the period of April 2013-April 2014 comparatively to (April 2012 – March 2013: 9350 units). Audi India also recorder the fabulous sales record of 2740 units for the period of January-March 2014 against January-March 2014 at 2616 units.
Audi becomes the first car manufacturer to attain the double feat of crossing the sale of 10,000 units in a financial year as well as in a calendar year. Audi also reveals about their plan to launch its A3 sedan by the end of this year.
