Mahindra Mojo out on exploration

As reported by a bike Advice reader AR Vimal, the all dressed up Mahindra Mojo on the Pune-Lonavala trail. The Bike is expected to be out by the end of June 2015. After undue delays, the all new Mahindra mojo Sports may land up at the showrooms by the month of June this year. We are to believe the Indian Cars Bikes; the prime cluster has been commenced at the brand’s Pithampur plant in Madhya Pradesh.

According to the spy shots, there are changes at the rear, fork, seat and the tank of the machine. The machine was showcased earlier at the Delhi Auto Expo in 2014. The machine has been in the making for the last four years, as per the reports and then a production model was presented at the Auto Expo last year. Since then there has been a lot of tests riding on the roads of our country. The machine has been sporting a lot of designer and layout changes.
 
The Updated bike faces a new fuel tank and tank development, edgy radiator shrouds, a stocky exhaust canister and a trimmed tail lamp and LED daytime running lights above twin headlamps. The machine gets its power by a 296 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine producing 26.6 bhp and 25 Nm of max Force. A minor mount in max power by 1 bhp is likely possible for the showroom-ready variant, reports ICB. It is paired to a 6-speed gearbox.
 
The new Mojo is crafted with a vertical siting position, so as to a better comfort to the ride, especially for long journeys. It utilizes telescopic fork suspension system in front and a mono-shock at rear, and the wheels come attired with high-end Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. The machine is expected to be estimated at INR 1.5lakhs ex showroom. Once on the roads, it would fight for existence with the KTM Duke 200 and Honda CBR250R.
