It would certainly team up to a 1.0L three cylinder k-series dynamo that has the similar capacity to be producing 68PS and 90Nm of Force. The pictured spied, displays the LXi basic version, would also be equipped with the AMT option. The manual version of the wagon r churns around 20.51km/L and the ANT version should also give out similar mileage.

To add on to the list of specifications on the Wagon R, the Stingray gets a gift of  projector headlamps, multi-spoke alloy curves, taillight with a lens clarity frames and steering-carved with audio panel controls. Courtesy the pricing though, as the basic Stingray is Rs. 19,000 over the basic price of the Wagon R LXi model, the Stingray has been unsuccessful in grabbing attention of the hatchback fans in a same fashion as the Wagon R. It has been reported, that Maruti would be coming back with an idling stop technology in its vehicles too in a short while.
