After a long wait, lots of spy stories, rumors, reports and much more, the brand Mahindra is all set to launch their compact SUV, none other than the Mahindra TUV300.This day has come right after 6 weeks when the company initiated its hype in the market y floating out a teaser that showcased the car in a form of a sketch.Let’s take a quick recap on the car, so innovative, inspiring and exciting, at the same time, quite rationally priced for its potential buyers in the market:

Exterior:The outline of the car looks like to be inspired by a battle tank, with high quality layout. The car definitely looks masculine and sturdy, while at the same time it looks quite easy to drive around in the crowded traffic on the roads of our country.

Engine & Transmission:There are reports confirmed by the brand Mahindra about the latest mHawk 80 diesel engine for the Mahindra TUV300 that would most likely be the 1.5L three-cylinder unit, pulling out 80 bhp and a peak torque of 230Nm and is mated to a 5-speed manual as well as an automated manual gearbox.While at the time of the launch the Mahindra TUV300 would be a 2WD rear wheel drive only, while the brand is expected to roll out a 4WD drivetrain version as well in the coming days.The car would also come out in versions like Micro Hybrid and Eco mode that promise about giving out a better fuel efficiency.

Inside the car: The all new Mahindra SUV stands on a hydroformed ladder framed chassis that is reported to be mini variant of the ne equipped in the Scorpio. The car stands in under the sub-4 me size, making a comfortable seating capacity to carry 7 pax, bearing side facing seats arranged at the back. As seen in the spy pictures, the inside is adorn with a two tone black and beige dash, along with a four spoke multi-functional steering wheel, 2-DIN music system, power windows, with its controls placed near the hand brake and the much required dual airbags at the front that are optional even in the basic version.
