Tata Motors recruited 3000 sales staff to handle upcoming Zest and Bolt

Tata Motors will planning to implementing new technologies for training candidate uses latest model tablets, video walls to ensure staff delivers best-in-class customer experience.

Tata Motors Limited is the leader in the commercial vehicles in each segment and the top in passenger vehicles, midsize car and utility vehicles segment.  Tata Motors in association with its channel partners has announced a major recruitment 3000 sales staff to handle upcoming Zest and Bolt.

The company and dealers will recruit candidates as a profile of Customer Advisors, Team Leaders and Sales Managers around more than 200 dealerships.  Tata Motors planned to enhanced customer purchase experience at dealerships and special focus will be on enhancing the HR practices at dealership to improve the recruitment, training, rewards and retention processes.
