Is a helmet required in cars too

We have all overheard hilarious incidents round people and penalties connected to road traffic defilements. Previous month we voiced you about a Finnish entrepreneur being penalized the equal of INR. 38.4 lakh for fast-moving his car. Well you may refer our previous article to know more on this. Here's an added traffic defilement tale that would amaze you for sure.

 

Shailender Singh, a car owner was allotted a penalty on 24th May 2015 while driving a car on the roads in Meerut for not wearing a helmet; the only tricky part here is that he was riding a car. Fascinatingly, the road traffic cop who allotted the challan even placed Singh's Maruti Swift's registering number on the acknowledgment.

 

Singh was on his approach to a doctor's appointment for his 4-month-old child and was by this time getting on, when he was clogged by traffic cop Shivraj Singh, who commanded to see the car's credentials. Singh dues the papers were all in edict, and yet he was held with the police cop. This managed to a stern disagreement, which accordingly completed with him being delivered a challan for not wearing a helmet.

 

He conversed with Sr. Superintendent of police, and a query has been originated.Shivraj Singh, the traffic police officer in query, says he highlighted down Singh because he was speaking on the mobile while lashing. He had queried the in charge of the area's police station to dispute a fine, who accused him for not wearing a helmet in its place. Shivraj asserts it was an error, and has been overstated.
