Hyundai Sales up by 11.58 percent in August 2013

Hyundai Motor is a second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter in India. The Company has announced the sales figure 11.58% cumulative growth of August 2013. The domestic sales 28,311 units in August 2013 and 28,257 units in August 2012, it hiked as compared to previous year of same month.

The Company has export 24,008 units vehicles in August 2013 and 18,629 units in August 2013. The export of vehicles hiked as compare to previous year same month.

Mr.Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “The overall market of Auto Industry is suppressed due to multiple economic factor. The frequent changes in the fuel price and rupees value.  We expected to be facing the challenge in the coming month as well until there is a significant change in macro-economic policies”
