Hyundai i15 is expected to launch in India very soon

Korean company will be launching their all new i15 for Indian markets very soon which will be available in diesel and petrol versions.

South Korean company, Hyundai is one of the leading car manufacturing companies in India has enjoyed a significant growth in the shares for the hatchback segment with its models i10, i20 and Eon. Launch of i15 by the company is expected soon that will be placed between i10 and i20 in Indian market.

The car will be powered by diesel engine that competes with the already existing rivals like Maruti Suzuki Ritz, Nissan Micra and Chevrolet Beat.

According to the experts the vehicle will come with a 1.1litre 2nd generation diesel engine. This three cylinder engine will be capable of providing maximum power output of 76PS and 150Nm of peak torque. A reworked Kappa 2 engine is expected to be employed in the petrol variant of i15. The vehicle is expected to cost more than i10 which lies between 3.8 lakh rupee to 6.2 lakh rupee.
Fluidic design on the car makes it more concerned towards it styling and designing. This new hatchback from Hyundai is expected to take the market by storm because of its design and presence of demanding diesel engine in India. The launch will be expected soon before Diwali season as no official announcements have been made.

As the sales of Hyundai are concerned, they are declined by 5.9% for the month of July 2013 compared to July 2012. Export department also faces a loss of 9.9% during the month of July 2013 compared to July 2012.

Hyundai is expected to launch four new vehicles by next year that may result fruitfully for the company. Next year is expected to counter a compact SUV, new Eon, new i10, all new i15.
