Dean Mascarenhas, mounted first in the IRC 1600 Class. One of the dissolute youths in the Rally, Dean made a splendid comeback after losing 10 seconds in a negligible crash during the first SSS stage.Dhruva and co-driver Jeeva gained the 1600cc Cup Class in their Honda City VTEC.
