Ford spell bounds the auto market with new ford 3D cars

Innovation is the key factor to make a constant hearing in the market and Ford as achieved it so far; its new photogrammetric pattern reader technology which is targeted in reading and inspection of the rear axle gears for the Ford pick-ups has been one of its kind in the auto industry, incorporated to deliver a smoother, quieter and great ride to the truck drivers.

Introducing new trends, experimenting with the existing trends and innovating the new ones using the extreme technological advancements, Ford is now bringing to the notice of the auto market, its exquisite 3d cars show, which constitutes the sheer engineering capabilities of the Ford engineers. Ford new technology cars uses 3D mapping and imaging in order to improve the quality of ford 3D cars and other ford upcoming cars. The use of 3D mapping is the first of its kind in auto industry and is targeted to analyze the rear axle parts more clearly during their assembly. It will enable the company to look into the quality of the F series cars and will also strive to provide tougher and comparatively quieter pick-up trucks with more effective reliability and the technology driven pick-ups also provide the smoother rides in these F series pick-ups.

The photogrammetric pattern reader also known as PPR technology is capable of stitching 9000 images of truck axles together during the assembly for 3D analysis. This PPR analysis provides a keener, efficient and faster assessment of vehicles as compared to the manual analysis. PPR is similar to the Google Earth which uses 3D mapping to map the world. Photogrammetric pattern reader involves the use of pair of digital cameras which combines the pictures of truck axle gears into 3D pictures which are thereafter compared with the ideal models of gears. Hose gears which do not match the Built Ford Tough are discarded.

David Gravel, an engineer at Ford’s advanced manufacturing group, says that PPR is dedicated to the quality control and delivers highly accurate results; it is also the next evolution for commercial trucks. He also mentioned that PPR is a better way of inspecting the commercial trucks when compared to traditional and visual inspections. This new photogrammetric pattern reader technology, says David Gravel, allows us to deliver a detailed inspection and correction if needed for our pick-ups leaving the customers satisfied and delivering a faster look at the vehicles. This is also the way of making the ford trucks more reliable and introducing this new technology and incorporating it in the system has given a new edge to Ford Motors.
