2017 Volkswagen Passat Launched on 10th October

Volkswagen Passat has been launch new generation cars at Indian Market. It will be launch in October 2017 with new features.

2017 new generation Volkswagen Passat will be launched in next month and will give up with other full-size sedans like Skoda Superb, Toyota Camry along with the cars like Audi A3 and Mercedes Benz CLA. New generation model is a long-awaited one from the manufacturer, the upcoming model with the full-size sedan is scheduled to sale on coming soon October 10, 2017. 2017 new Volkswagen Passat made its global debut at the Paris Motor Show 2014 with based on the lighter and flexible MQB platform. The new Passat model is the Volkswagen's second major car launch this year after the Tiguan SUV in India.

The new Volkswagen's exterior front, angular headlamps, sloping bonnet and wide grille running end to end prominent chrome slats give it a sense of richness. The new Passat will come with LED headlights with Highline trim. This feature completely replaces the xenon headlamps with projection technology with active cornering lamps. The new Volkswagen Passat's overall design looks smoother and clutter-free. 2017 new Passat is 2 mm shorter but 79 mm longer wheelbase. The new generation Passat gets shorter overhangs and the new model is 12 mm wider and 14 mm lower than its previous version.

2017 new Volkswagen Passat will be available with a range of diesel engines. The base Passat model has a 1.6-litre  and 120PS engine under its hood. The new Passat is no feature like this engine making it in the Indian market. The new engine is a 2.0-litre diesel in two states of tune of 150PS and 190PS. New Volkswagen Passat has a 240PS bi-turbo 2.0-litre diesel sending power. 
2017 new Volkswagen Passat priced around the same lines as its predecessor because the new one comes well kitted and looks expensive as well as. New Passat feels pricey, but keep in mind that it punches above its weight. The new Passat prices are expected to start over the 25 lakh (ex-showroom) mark.
