Royal Enfield announced to start pre-bookings for its several variants Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 with the token amount of INR 5000 by April 2018.
The bike manufacturer Royal Enfield is globally renowned for its ‘Bullet’ model after longest production. Royal Enfield launches the various variety of motorcycles, the new Himalayan model has set a new benchmark in the segment. The Royal Enfield, an iconic motorcycle brand will be launching its most awaited 650cc motorcycles Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 in the next year. Additionally, the Royal Enfield company will launch the upgraded versions or new variants of existing bikes also.
The list of the upcoming Royal Enfield bikes set to be introduced during 2018 and 2019.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 650
New Continental GT 650 designed for the high-speed Highway cruising bike in the market. The company has the plan to introduce the upcoming bike in several overseas markets such as Brazil, one of the more compatible roads for cruising high-speed bikes. The bike power will be drawn by the 648cc, SOHC, 4-valve unit with 47bhp of maximum power, with the fuel-injected engine will be paired with the 6-speed transmission with the slip-assist clutch. It is the high-displacing parallel-twin engine bike, New Royal Enfield Continental GT will be the most powerful bikes of all the upcoming Royal Enfield bikes. The new bike will come with ABS based, 18-inch spoke alloy wheels, LED headlight, twin-pod analog instrument cluster, dual disc brakes etc.
New Continental GT 650 expected to launch April 2018, with expected price Rs. 3.5 lakh to Rs 4 lakh.
2018 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650
2018 Royal Enfield bike was lately displayed at the 2017 EICMA in Milan, RE Interceptor 650. The bike will launch with the retro-styled roadster shares chassis and engine with the Continental GT 650 Twin café racer. Additionally, the bike will get new styling elements like high-point of the roadster with the new parallel-twin engine that was recently revealed. It has a large sculpted fuel tank with strong stopping power will come from the dual disc brakes and the ABS system.

New Royal Enfield Himalayan 650
Royal Enfield is working on several new variants for the domestic as well as international markets, a more powerful bike Himalayan is also in the pipeline, as per the report. The CEO and Managing Director of Royal Enfield, Mr. Siddhartha Lal confirmed about the larger capacity bike aimed primarily at the Indian market. New RE Himalayan 650cc with parallel-twin engine revealed days ahead of 2017 EICMA show.
RE Himalayan 650cc is expected to launch 2018-19 with the price at Rs 3.5 lakh.
Royal Enfield Himalayan ABS
New Royal Enfield Himalayan will be launch with larger capacity 650cc, the company is also working on the ABS-equipped Himalayan segments. As per media reports, the new bike will the first sale on European markets where ABS in mandatory in every bike. Royal Enfield could also display Himalayan ABS at the upcoming 2018 Auto Expo. The New RE powered by the 411cc, single cylinder engine with 24.5bhp and 32Nm. The new bike will be conventional 5-speed manual gearbox and a long travel suspension at both ends. With the ABS on board, the ABS version is expected to be available at Rs 15,000 additional premium over the current model.
The expected launch in an earlier next year, with the price at Rs 1.80 lakh.
2018 Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500X
The upcoming Royal Enfield bikes in India is the new Thunderbird 500X. New RE motorcycle has already been spotted at a dealership, launch soon. The upcoming motorcycle will be available with several advanced features and design upgrades along with new paint scheme. The new bike will be available with the headlamp enclosure, instrument console and turn indicators are finished in black. In the place of twin seat, the new motorcycle gets a single unit without backrest for the pillion rider. RE Thunderbird will be available powering with the same 499cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 27.20bhp and 41.30Nm of torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
2018 Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500X expected to price at Rs 1.90 lakh and launched earlier in 2018.
New Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350X
Royal Enfield India will also introduce the new version of Thunderbird 350 in the Indian market. Popular as a Thunderbird 350X, the upcoming RE motorcycle will share design cues from the bigger sibling. The bike will available with the new red and white colors, flatter handlebar, blackened treatment for engine & cycle parts, black alloy wheels, disc brakes and projector headlamp with LED daytime running lights. RE Thunderbird engine powered by a 346cc coupled to a 5-speed gearbox to capable of producing 19.8bhp and 28Nm of torque.
