While analyzing their bleak sales show, it is quite apparent that the two-wheeler company based out in Mumbai would now terminate the production of these products; however suspending four variants in duration of less than one week looks like an unpredicted and severe initiative. The Mahindra Kine was one of the ancient scooters in the brand’s range and was on roads way before the brand was actually commercialized. The small 72cc scooter was tossed back in the year 2006, while the company was under Kinetics’ possession.

The Mahindra Flyte on the other hand was one of the initial new models presented by the company; post to it was assimilated by the Mahindra Group. However it was a refined and useful scooter, but the inadequate demand for the 125cc scooters added on to the abundant competition from the Suzuki Swish and the rest of the tinier scooters meant that sales of the Flyte never really took off.Sales of Mahindra’s two-wheeler segment had been diminishing gradually ever since the past couple of months and though the Centuro trades in just the right numbers, the others in the line-up has not proved up to the mark and the expectations of the market.
