BMW i8 to be showcased at 65th Frankfurt Motor Show
BMW is planning to participate in the IAA Frankfurt motor show starting from 10th September with new electric car of BMW i8 Concept.
After successful launches of BMW i3 in London, Beijing and New York. Now The Company is planning to participate in the IAA Frankfurt motor show starting from 10th September with new electric car of BMW i8 Concept. This hybrid electric vehicle is an efficient sports car, a 0 to 60 acceleration time of less than 5 seconds and boasting up to 87 mpg.
The BMW i8 is powered by an agile BMW electric motor; lightweight design, low center of gravity and 50:50 weight distributions help it reach up to 354 hp, an intelligent engine management system, free emission and innovative battery technology with innovative charging concept that switch to a turbocharged internal combustion engine, effective CO2 emission, depending on driving experience.
The interior and exterior design is an especially roomy, characterized by premium design elements and including the use of renewable materials that reflect BMW is commitment to sustainability. The BMW i8 is fuel economy of 33.3kmpl and can travel up to 35km on its electricity supply only.
